"Friendly people, neat selection in store. Not great for strings rental/rent to own. The sales pitch is that you can trade up sizes as your student grows. I started calling in February to trade up to the next size. It's November. We still don't have a replacement instrument. I've called over and over and over again. Finally got management involved in September. Was told it would be resolved soon. That was two months ago. They called and told me it would be here on the truck a week ago. Still nothing. Had to rent an additional instrument from the school so my daughter would have something to play in the meantime. We'll likely be in the market for a string Bass next year, but suspect we'll purchase it elsewhere."
