"Adam, Chuck and Joe great to deal with and they were vary friendly and professional. They installed my new furnace and AC with no problems Five star all the way. Edited after a couple weeks later Chris S and Joe came back and installed my Bedford white water tank and my humidifier attachment and again they didn’t awesome job and the job was complete day came and explained to me how to adjust the settings on both the humidifier and the water tank. I highly recommend American Star total home comfort"

"The visit was absolutely incredible. Alexa came early to scope the place out to know where the vents were located. She figured out the best place for the hose to enter the house and was very explicit about what was going to happen. I had no concerns once her co-worker, Joe, arrived. I felt safe and was able to watch the process at any given moment. Furniture had to be moved and gently placed back in its spot. Cleaning the vents itself was a feeling of cleanliness. The free dryer cleaning was great. They left the house as it was when they got here. I would definitely recommend American Star."

Our appointment window was between 10 AM and noon, but the scheduler said that we would be contacted following their regular 10:30 AM meeting. At 10:23, we received a text that Alexa was on her way. Alexa was thoroughly professional and advised us of a couple of issues that may crop up in the near future. No pressure to buy anything, however. She quietly and efficiently did her work, shared her observations and a complete report, and was gone before 11:30. We were very pleased."
