"Horrible service at the pharmacy. The techs are to busy talking amongst one another. They never answer the calls and leave you on hold only to disconnect your call after waiting 45 minutes. Will be switching all prescriptions to Osco on Archer."

"The worst place to get prescriptions filled. I’ve never had so many issues. My daughter also has trouble filling medications here as well. Half the staff is friendly the other half is not. I felt the pharmacist was a little dismissive today when I asked for a medication that keeps being back ordered. I know you can’t control everything but things at this location have to get better. Sometimes they say your script is filled when you get there it’s not. I even called my insurance before for another issue with same medication and they said unfortunately they never even put the script through. The staff has to know how frustrating it is on our end."

"This is the closest pharmacy to me and they are consistently out of medication that people need. I don’t understand how their system is that they don’t order more if they know this. I consistently have problems with them. Unfortunately I don’t have an option. If you do go to one of their “ distributor “ pharmacies. Their calls also put me on hold for up to hours, and some of their techs don’t use common sense. Their lines are constantly long. Once After finally getting to the front of the line, the tech took a call while “helping me “and was with them for 20-30 minutes and the other tech instead of helping me helped four more people who were behind me while I waited."

"The pharmacy is absolutely awful. It is ridiculous. Transferring all our prescriptions elsewhere. NEVER AGAIN!! They never answer the phone. They hold your medications hostage. I wish there was a ZERO stars."

"The pharmacy is terrible. Always a very long wait. 40 mintues on my last trip just to pick up a prescription. They are understaffed and can't keep up. Some of the employees are really rude but I really can't blame them with how understaffed this location is."
