"This location sucks. Manager is so incompetent that she doesn't even know her own store's return policy. Asked me if I had a barcode to return my online order and I told her no, all I had was the confirmation with a letter and number combo and she told me I couldn't return it. Went to another location and got my refund. I'm not sure how these old people get to be managers and don't know their stores technology."

"Two amazing lovely staff members or one of them being manager helped me find money I lost while shopping. Luckily one of them had found it & returned it to me. You guys don’t know how grateful I am because it was a great amount THANK YOU SM, you def don’t find these type of people nowadays…❤️"

"Big lines and waiting a long time to get a cable. Waited 10 minutes for someone to open the lock for the cables no one showed up. Definitely not coming again"

"This one is at the brickyard. I went in with my sis I do love there products I am not by any means someone who would use the public bathroom anywhere but I was a little dizzy my sis said ask the girl if u can use bathroom to put cold water on ur face so I did I told the girl I feel a little dizzy can I use the bathroom to put some water on my face she said im sorry but bathroom is out of order. Really so where are employees using the bathroom at in a bucket. There horrible cause I told her I don't want to use bathroom just don't feel good she still denied me someone had told me they say that cause u cant deny a customer it's illegal but this way they just don't let u use it. Not going back there again."

"Overall the store is amazing and so is the staff, but their Exchange Policy "sucks". You cannot exchange your items Without a receipt, But you could return your items With the receipt up until a year. Why would you want your customers to keep an item that they do not want? I'm not asking for my money back I just want to exchange an item. Unbelievable!!"
