Dollar Store

"typical Dollar Tree. Half of the shelves are empty. Goods scattered all over the place."

"We got tricked. We thought it was a Dollar Tree because the sign is very similar and will throw you off. I wasn’t sure what the point was because they didn’t sell many dollar items or anything you’d expect at a dollar store. The guy at the front was very nice but the store is odd."

"Nothing wrong with the store but absolutely no customer service skills. I walked up to get checked out. There were two men talking to each other. I said “hello” - no response, they didn’t even look at me, just continued talking to each other. I said “thank you” - again, no response. I came bag for another gift bag 15 minutes later. This time only one cashier was there. I said “hello” again - he completely ignored me. The only words I heard from the cashier was the amount I had to pay. Again, I said “thank you” at the end and I was ignored. I wasn’t expecting much, but I was expecting to at least be acknowledged. To address owner’s response: They were not women, two men were working at the store today. I even called the store right now and the phone was answered by a man."

"Clean & organized store, guy at the counter is very courteous and helpful. He went back & forth helping me, packed my glass items very well and help me get the bags till my car. Such a nice gesture. It was my first visit, wouldn’t be my last. I’ll definitely recommend visiting."

"This is not the store I thought I was walking into but it was clean, well lit and organized. The shelves could use some more products because they seem to stretch the ones they have. The guy at the register was nice and actually knew the answers to a couple of questions I had about the items I bought. I'll definitely shop there again."
