"These people don’t know how to run copay cards or read terms. I’m a pharma manager and the pharmacist made me come in a snow storm to prove terms and conditions. Very rude staff too. I forgot the tech guy name but he was quite hostile on the phone."
"I sent in (2) images to be printed 5X7 on Sunday morning. 2:00 p.m. I received an email telling me that my prints are ready for pickup. I go to the store and am told my prints are NOT ready. “But I received an email stating that they were.” “There must have been a glitch in the system. Call tomorrow.” I called the following day only to be disconnected 3 times. You must be very proud of your customer service!"
"I’ve tried to do the survey w numbers o receipt & keeps telling me needs more ? I wanted to comment on recent improvements I’ve noticed at my local store (04146). I was there about 2P on 11/16 and the overall service now seems much improved. Maybe a slow done of vaccines being given? In any case, my favorite pharmacists, Nikki and Peter have been extremely helpful and it seems maybe there are more techs? In any case , the total ( busy) experience has improved and I am grateful. I’m hoping for continued experience like this! Maybe our comments do help?! Denise R"
"I waited in the drive thru for like 20 mins and then had my turn. A pharmacist wearing white UIC lab coat asked for my name and address. Then she went to get the prescription and another pharmacist came to answer the call. She asked for my address and rung up the meds. Then she said have a good day. I said wait, I have another pick up. She asked “Another person?” I said yes. She made a frowning face and say “OMG hold on” and left the phone and went away. After few mins the earlier pharmacist came back and asked for the name and dob. I was wondering what wrong did I ask that she made that face and comment?"
"If you're seeking even the slightest bit of customer service, I strongly advise you to steer clear of this place! "Disgusting" doesn't begin to describe the manager (his name is Tom) and a cashier named Joshua; they are the rudest, most shameless, unscrupulous, and unprofessional employees at the Walgreens branch. Let me briefly recount the conflict: Yesterday, my child purchased a $100 Sony PlayStation Gift Scratch Card for his birthday at the Walgreens Branch located at 1 N Elmhurst Rd. Due to the poor quality of the card, the scratched layer rubbed off along with the play code underneath it. Consequently, my son couldn't even use the code. My wife approached a manager for assistance because the card lacked any useful information or contact numbers. The manager, whose name is Tom (she couldn't read his last name as he had covered his badge), arrogantly responded that it wasn't his responsibility. All she wanted was his assistance, given that his store sold goods of such poor quality. He quickly lost his temper and began yelling at my wife in front of my child and other customers. Joshua, the cashier who wasn't present at the beginning of the conversation, joined his boss and started shouting that he would call the police. In response, my wife said she'd be more than willing to call the police herself because the level of rudeness and insults from the Walgreens employees had crossed all boundaries. Despite numerous attempts to calm them down, Tom nearly pushed my wife out of the store, preventing her from making any purchases. If the Walgreens management were to read this, I implore them to take immediate disciplinary measures against these employees and lead training sessions to educate their staff on the importance of proper customer service. Such incidents not only tarnish the reputation of their branch but also impact the overall customer experience."
