"Never will I EVER do business with Walgreens after my experience today. I came in to get the second half of my script and I spoke to a young black woman at the walk in area and she preceded to demand to see the script from the doctor on my phone. She had already had it in the system because 30mins prior I was at Gurnee Walgreens. I asked her if she could check if they had what I needed in stock and she looked at me and said “I will do that” with an aggressive attitude. She then disappeared into the back of the pharmacy and came back saying it will be 15mins. I had her confirm that it was going to be that time and she rolled her eyes and said “that’s what I said didn’t I” I came back through the drive through and was told I would have to come back an hour later for it to be filled. I explained that expectation of it needing to be filled within the agreed time frame and she got upset with me and then filled it. This is a horrible experience and i would NEVER recommend this company to anyone for pharmaceutical needs. Go to Walmart or anywhere else than here!"

"Possibly the worst Walgreens to come to. Worst customer service, they don’t have milk or eggs in stock ever. Every time I go in either they are out of something or coolers are broken or the door is not working. People who work there seem like they’re just hanging around. They need good management, better employees, get things fixed if they are broken. Walgreens seems to stuck in the 80’s."

"Pharmacy refused to give me my time- sensitive prescription because the Pharmacist put a ‘consult hold’ on it and then went on break outside of the posted break time. I got a phone call and message saying my prescription was ready to pick up, no mention of it being on hold. Called & spoke to a manager who gave nothing but poor excuses and refused to help. You can’t put holds on prescriptions if you can’t properly staff your pharmacy. And please get a manager who can actually handle customer service @ Walgreens 120 & 45."

"Well, let's give it up for management over at the Walgreens on for 45 and 120. This man's name is Lloyd that spelled, but 2 else he specifically told me to say that anyways I try to exchange something it was just a $10 product and he wouldn't, he wasn't able to do it. I was just there 2 minutes previous to this. And the guy did not give me the receipt. He then asked to see my ID . After Lloyd decided to say to me a bunch of times oh, Jesus Christ, here goes my day. The manager who just started his shift is already complaining about his day In the this first five minutes of his shift."
