"The pharmacy is wonderful and the staff is extremely friendly and professional, the only issue is that it gets so backed up and extremely busy which is the managements fault for not hiring more staff. But the people who work there are great."

"They've LOST my meds and told me so. The pharmacist was searching around the store for the refill. Incredibly disorganized. When trying to call them they just pick up the phone and put it immediately back on hold. I have 2 pills left and asked about when my meds would be done, to be told "we're working on it." Avoid this pharmacy like your life depends on it, because they couldn't care less about getting you your meds on time."

"The store itself is completely fine but the employees.... are off. I have had more strange and negative experiences here with interacting with the employees than any other store. Also, it doesn't matter the time of day, getting a prescription from this location takes a minimum of 10-15 minutes. It's a good store but customer service is nowhere near where it could be."

"Staff in pharmacy was nice. Both times I've been here, service has been painfully slow. I'm not sure if they're short staffed or what the problem is. 20 minutes in the drive-through (only one lane) to drop off a script. And 30 minutes (so far) inside to pick up. Corporate, please help this store out with another lane and more staff..."

"There’s someone I think is newer working in the pharmacy. She is rude and apathetic! Said there was a delay with my script. I had to press her to find out what the delay was, then again to find out how long it might be, then again to see if maybe another pharmacy could fill it. I don’t think as far as a pharmacy goes I’ve ever spoke to someone so unhelpful in my life. I called another Walgreens and they had it in stock and she also let me know that it wasn’t covered by my insurance and that she would contact my doctor to get a prior authorization so that it would be covered. The rude girl that I spoke to at this pharmacy didn’t even bother to tell me that it wasn’t covered and that it needed prior authorization. Which would have even caused more of a delay if I had left it at this pharmacy to be filled. There are four people in my family and I’m switching all of us to the Walgreens in Naperville. I’m definitely not gonna put up with this girls nasty attitude. I 100% see more complaints in your future about her in particular and I’m sure you already know exactly who she is because you all work in such close quarters."
