"Disappointing. Despite being a butcher, the vast majority of the beef being sold was frozen - the only exceptions were a small amount of ground beef, chuck steaks, and some roasts. They barely sold any other type of meat other than beef (they had a few pork chops on display). When I go to a butcher, I would generally expect to find fresh meat - otherwise, why not just go to a supermarket?"
