"was there today 8/14/23 @2 pm… let me say these were the rudest guys ever, Mr Purple shirt if you hate your job there are plenty others, you were rude to several customers and short with poor lil Ms. Red shirt… Mr Gray shirt, Mr Purple shirt must have trained you! It doesn’t take much to say thank you and to be decent to customers, poor Ms Red shirt you both were disrespectful to her and and an elderly woman at checkout , she was helpful and so nice, shame on you! I have been going to TPC for YEARS and today was my last time, although I bet you could careless about losing customers as it was obvious you don’t like your job or care!"

"Please improve your customer service.. never get much assistance when I call or if Im even at the store. It always seems like they are too busy to talk to u or just dont want to talk to you at all!"

"Just wanted to leave an outstanding review for the gentleman working today! I shop for Backwater Gamblers concession stand and he was extremely helpful with finding our tax exempt, starting to ring us up while we were getting our last items, holding the door while we took our carts out and coming out to get our carts after loading the truck! He deserves to know how great he was and how grateful we were!"

"The staff is very rude. Anytime I've needed any kind of assistance someone is so condescending and act like you're ruining their entire life just by being there. Heaven forbid I need to call in an order. They're audibly angry about it."

"The lady wearing her mask was extremely rude and had many issues with the account system. If you want to be condescending, find a new job. As long as she is there my companies' multiple locations will strictly order from Ed Don or another provider that knows how to treat their valued customers."
