"Great place to launch your boat with plenty of parking just across the street (not free). Area was nice and clean, and public bathrooms were available."

"My husband and I have tried 3 boat ramps at lake Austin and this one might be my favorite. One downside is that you have to pay for parking and there is limited parking. Also the road down to the ramp is is somewhat steep. It wasn’t crazy busy when we went and there is a large no wake zone, which made unloading our small boat easy. They also have an easily accessible dock."

"We used Walsh Boat Landing for our Company outing and we were not disappointed. Our driver John Henry was great. He was a great teacher and helped us learn to wakeboard and wake surf. He shared with us some cool spots along the river both about Austin as well as some fun places for food and drinks. For lunch he took us to Ski Shore and we had a great time ! Would highly recommend using this company to anyone, family’s, friends, or companies looking to enjoy a day out on the lake at a great price for amazing quality service and time !"

"There are two ramps. Typically no issues. There is limited parking!! Please keep this in mind when placing trips out. People are generally relaxed and not looking for conflict. There are restrooms but they are porta-potties. The area is usually clean, so no trash and debris."

"Beautiful little park in the Terrytown neighborhood! The boat launch is very well maintained and the grounds of the park are well kept and pleasant to sit at and enjoy the water views. You can also launch Kayaks here, which means that I will definitely be returning to do some kayaking on Lake Austin."
