"I have been a client in this store for years until this time. they damaged my ring. and when I went back to make a complaint, the manager stated to disrespecting me, saying that I'm not a men for complaining that my ring its not damaged they always scratch them to tested it, but I told her that was TOO MUCH!!!. Defenetly not a professional she need to go back to training how to deal with costumer services . Whit I'm sorry and that not will be happening again . I would-be happy. Instead of fitting and disrespecting me. Bad experience. It's like I don't have the right to complain.."

"Don't waste your time here. Half of the stuff doesn't even work once you buy it. I bought a ps4 controller with insurance and It didn't worked. I went back that same day and they won't give my refund till the NEXT DAY!!! Don't come here and put layaways on this shop. Shop at your Regular stores. "UPDATE******: Called this afternoon spoke to lady who sold me the tv.. she said no problem we will exchange it and just bring it in.. no questions asked. She just updated rating to a 5!!!! ORIGINAL REVIEW:::: Disappointed with the female that sold me a TV today I was going to buy a small 32-in for $38 but then she talked me into getting the 29 inch which was a couple dollars cheaper because I only needed it as an extra TV well I had plugged in and watched the 32 inch 438 and it worked just fine but she never plugged in and turned on the $29 one. Well we got home turned it on and there is a crack or a shatter in the middle of the glass and you're unable to see the screen at all. I feel like I was railroaded thankfully I bought the warranty which is supposed to be for 30 days and will be returning the TV tomorrow and will let you know what happens. But I'm leaving to Stars for the young man who sold me the DVDs was very kind willing to negotiate and very friendly he made a positive experience."
