"This place sells faulty products and the only way you can get your money back or exchange is if you purchase their warranty. They don’t adequately test their products before selling them and the ladies here are not very pleasant at all. Poor customer service. You will definitely be disappointed if you purchase something here. They are making their money off people purchasing a warranty. You basically have to pay a fee just to be able to get your money back or even do an exchange for what’s probably another faulty product."

"Horrible service first of all. The girl with the glasses had me wait 10 minutes for her later to say the printer broke. The guy right before me got his pawn and his paperwork done. I LITERALLY GOT THERE AT 9 A.M BEFORE THE GUY!!! Im walking in front of the door for 5 minutes till they decided to come open the door. Always an issue with them. Last time I pawned my ps4 with the game I was currently trying to pawn as well as today. I came back to get it the next week and gave me the console with no cables and misplaced my cables they didn’t know till I told them and they offered to replace the CABLES THAT WERE SUPPOSED TO BE WITH THE CONSOLE!!! All I needed to do was pawn a game that was in the system already and she was hesitant so many times before she made a decision. I LITERALLY PAWNED THE GAME 2 weeks before there shouldn’t have been an issue. You’re supposed to offer less when you want to sell in order to make a good profit and give more on loans because they’re coming back. That’s just what I know from experience who knows I didn’t train them."

"Priced a Glock 17 gen 3 there last Friday, 350 out the door. Asked the salesman if that price would be good for 7 days. He said yes. Went back today. Same salesman. The price is now 400 out the door. Why lie? I got the money together and went back... Walked out.. i will never buy any from Cash America again. I am a buyer not a seller. I will put 50 bucks with the 350 and buy a new one. Thanks for wasting our time. Don't waste yours. Pass them by.."
