"DON’T RECOMMEND, go to supreme up on Eastlake not to far. It’s a little more but it’s worth it. Let’s be real cheap is expensive. Most machines at “Zaragosa” will have you spending double and change machine misses on giving you some quarters. Service here is not great. Saw the manager telling a customer that they were already closed at 8pm rudely, on here it says that they close at 8:30pm and on their window schedule it says that they close at 10:00 pm ??? And then there’s people at 9 washing and drying like nothing ?? Like it’s not their fault that you guys can’t update your schedule correctly?? I’m sorry but that’s not ok, will NOT be going there anymore."

"It's a little rundown but still has all your basic laundry necessities. Decent pricing, but still some machines didn't work good, washing machines that don't seal good or dryers that don't have heat. Still a really good spot to go get laundry done."

"Update, 7/23/2022. TV still not being turned on. Dryer #19 is not heating up; I ended up paying $1.50 TWICE..It was OOO--out of order. Update. 4/3/2022. No TV - the unit has not been turned "on" for at least two months. $6.00 is the cost for the second biggest washer. Ceiling fans have been idle for at least 2 months also. Men's restroom consistently clean, but the restroom door does not lock or secure. Aircon, refrigerated air, A/C works and kicked in when the room got warmer than 72°Fahrenheit. The least expensive washer is $2.50, the small one. There are two extra big washers for comforters that run $7.00. The next size is $5, or $5.50. Be sure, before you put in your clothes the washer is fully functional. For example, at least 25% of the laundromat machines were either non working or had buttons that did not work or were missing. There two big signs posted on the walls say they are not responsible for a machine not working, regardless. If you put in quarters you are not getting the back. There are two coin dispensers for your paper dollar bills. Also you can get detergent and softener from a wall mounted vending box.you gotta feed it though. Lots of ceiling fans and two thermostats were set at 75°F and a third one was set on 74°F. A man came in for 10 minutes to sweep and tidy up the washerteria and then he disappeared. There are bathrooms for men and females. Flat screen TV mounted on the wall overlooking the dryers was showing a novela. The captioning was in Spanish. Dryers were in better shape, but the cost is average. Four quarters gets you about 30 minutes of heat. Overall, the business is an OK to get your laundry "knocked out." Plenty of metal carts with wheels and there was adequate counter space to do folding. They do not offer to wash and dry for a fee at this establishment."

"There was a gentleman named Fabian (unknown if owner or employee) who helped me due to the change machine not working appropriately. Not only did he return my money, but also went ahead and allowed me to dry my clothes for free. A very nice man, who did more than what was asked of him. I’ve been coming here for a few years and will continue to support this local business. In the event this incident ever occurs again, he said to leave a note and slide it underneath the employee office door with your name and phone number. 5/5 stars"
