"This place accused me of something called a straw purchase but had no problem taking my money of $32.48 because I’m unlicensed but did not release my firearm. I am a black woman with four kids and wanted this gun for not my safety but my kids safety. It’s sad racism is still real and would accuse a single black women that just wanted to feel comfortable protecting her kids of purchasing something for someone else. The way they talked to me and handled me was insensitive and uncalled for. I contacted the seller of my handgun and want it returned to sender immediately. It is also against the law to steal a firearm for your own gain. Then you respond and make another untrue claim! This is character defamation and now on a public platform. I’m glad you have the video footage showing all your claims are untrue. Even the one about me not knowing what my firearm was. Also the shipping label will be coming to you. If not sent back I will be taking you to court for small claims. I will not allow you to steal from me."

"These guys are great. They're very personable and easy to work with. I've never sold to them or pawned but having purchased several things, I can recommend them. They do firearm transfers for $20 with Texas LTC, $30 without, that's the best deal I know of. They did one for me and it was nearly effortless. They will negotiate fairly on prices. They have a good knowledge of firearms and can talk details. Also, they are one of the few independent shops remaining."

"This place is horrible. The workers are really nice but the owner likes to steal money and call it legit. But then will tell you he dosent have time to explain why he is stealing money from you because he is too busy playing racket ball. Save yourself the headache and money and go somewhere else. Total rip off and I’m out $200. **edit- so they respond that I got denied because of a felony. BUT they didn’t even run it. That was when I was 17. I am now 40. The law changed that if they are over 10 years old you can own a gun. I’ve held my concealed permit since then. So no, you are not justified. That is theft."
