"I'm just echoing what everyone else is saying here. Well kept, fairly quiet, although expressway is near. Trail is a nice length with open prairie, ponds, and some woods. Overall Relatively flat, some minor hills near the wooded area."

"Wide open preserve with nicely groomed path and lots of nature to observe. There are several small ponds and plenty of opportunities for photos."

"One of my favorite preserves in Lake County! And potentially one of the newest… ur fact check me on that. It doesn’t feel long ago that they installed and opened this up to public but since then the preserve has somehow grown ten fold and it almost seems like it’s been there forever. Rolling prairie with oak popping up and then the wisconsin forest in the background… the views go well beyond the preserve itself and it’s just stunning. The loop is about 2.2 miles - a perfect dog walk or jog."

"One of my favorite trails. 2.36 miles, beautiful surroundings. Wide path with only a small incline. Lots of parking. Can be mushy after snow or rain, just wait a couple of days for it to dry out."
