"Sadly office hours are not for real working ppl. They should put the date of which Saturday they are open on the door! It's a guessing game. That 7 pm day good luck, I came at 550 one Tues not open. They said they were but why were the lights off? I could see the glow of the computer. Ever increasing dues.. how can you increase with no approved budget going into Dec 23?? Remove the gates, wasted money for repairs and ppl who can't drive. Stop making us pay for repairs 365. Stop spending money on events and Christmas decorations to help off set these crazy increases. Be transparent aboit the budget overage and WHY"

"Sterling Lakes is a great, family oriented community just south of Pearland! There is an elementary school here too!"

"Pool Area: During the summer the splash pad is amazing when it’s working, and the pool as well. Our lifeguards are great as well, helpful and super friendly. Gym: Fingerprint access is needed in order to enter the gym this’ll need to be set up at the main office during business hours. The gym has a dumbbell tower, 2 black yoga mats, 1 BROKEN elliptical, 2 stationary bicycles 1 of which is broken, 2 treadmills, and 3 pieces of workout equipment. There is not a sanitation station, but for the most part it is well kept to the naked eye."
