"Johnson Water installed our water softener in 1994, and we had it serviced for the first time last night. Austen was our repair technician, and he was wonderful. He called to let me know he was running late. When he arrived, he had all the parts he needed, and worked very efficiently. I couldn’t find our lifetime warranty for parts, but was able to find our original installation contract, so we saved a bundle on parts. I would recommend this company to anyone needing a water system. Every person I had contact with (Sue, Julie, Greg and Austen) were helpful and professional."

"A little behind with the review. Johnson arrived late for their appointment time but I think they did a great job installing a new water softener system. The rotten egg smell is pretty much gone! The best part was their after hours customer service. We had an issue with system, we called them at 11pm and they walked us through steps to reset the system. Very nice gentleman!"

"Johnson Water installed a new water softener in my home today. It was a great experience. The technicians introduced themselves, were polite and explained what they were going to be doing and reminded me that they would need to turn the water off for a bit. They had to make multiple trips out to their truck--each time removing and putting back on their shoe covers (nice touch). When the installation was completed, the technician explained everything I needed to know and pointed out where the information was in the user's guide. They left no dirt or debris. A great experience!"
