"Beautiful area and a nice trail. Sadly, scary people were hanging around."
"This is a very nice park right along. The Kankakee River has a nice little concrete walking trail, a half basketball court and a children's play area. Was just disappointed with the park district and the way they mowed and left all the grass on the sidewalk. This is a park right next to a river so you know there's some moisture in the air in the early mornings and maybe late evenings and grass gets very slippery It would have only taken a couple minutes to drive around and blow this grass off."
"This place was very nice for a small gathering. The facility was clean and comfortable. The added park was a hit for the children and their parents."
"Great park for kids with new updated playground from a few years back! It’s right on the river! When the river is high it’s a great view of the high waters without being dangerous! I stop a lot for the Pokémon stops but since my kids are grown rarely go for the “park”! Great little spot for moms with young kids who want to play on the playground."
"It's a very nice playground, features, picnic tables, basketball courts, walking course, and great access to the Kankakee River."
