"The store front clearly says open at 8am on Saturdays. As I’m outside standing two associates just walk by and look at me. Where is the professionalism at? How do you not acknowledge that there is someone outside the door and you can’t even inform them properly. It takes clearly 10 seconds to explain. Not good!"
