"They sell junk, I brought a weed eater left tried to use it on my lawn. The thing was smoking in 5 minutes. When I brought it back they said they couldn’t exchange or return it. Haven’t even had it for 1 hr. Do not purchase here."

"I called the store to see how much I would be able to pawn my brand new Samsung TV for and they told me $80. When I arrive they drop the price by $40 and when I tell them someone quoted me another price they said that i was lying. Natalie the employee that was helping me was very rude and seemed annoyed that I was asking questions. She didn’t answer any of my questions and I had to wait at the back of the line to speak with another employee. The whole time I was speaking with the employee she kept making sounds under her breath like she was frustrated with me! This is by far one of the worst experiences I have ever had with this company."

"They sold us a TV that cant produce any sound. They knew that it didnt work but sold it to us and didnt offer us a warranty or exchange procedure. They sell you junk then offer to buy it back at half price. Save your money and go somewhere else"

"I recently put a $351.00 item on layaway and after putting $289.00 on it, I decided to cancel and get my money back. They charged me $107.00 restocking fee! This is a total rip off and I would strongly urge everyone to never layaway anything at Cash America pawn shops. Total Rip off artists. Also, my friend who put $35.00 on a gun layaway and got declined on background check. Then they kept his money. He got nothing back? That is totally wrong. Do not use their layaway. If you change your mind, they get paid a large amount. At Walmart they keep $10 on cancelled layaways. Why does Cash America need $107.00? Because they are taking advantage of the customers. I’ll never layaway or purchase anything from them, ever again! And if it were possible I wouldn’t have even given them 1 Star. It’s really Zero Stars"
