"If I could rate this store I would give it 0 stars, I purchased a used PS4 and within a week I tried to return it as it was defective. Even a warranty was purchased along with the console as recommended by the sales associate. Went up to the store with the original receipt trying to return the product just to get told that the model number didn’t match on the receipt, turns out it wasn’t even in their inventory! Basically suggesting I was bringing in the incorrect console, I asked the assistant store manager to review the cameras and double check the inventory and the store manager was present but didn’t even attempt to speak to me about the issue. After arguing with the assistant store manager all I was offered was half the price I paid for a damaged console. Worst experience!!"
