"The positive reviews come from when they are actually helping a customer... if the reviews were the whole experience in sure people would admit that the overall experience is not the same as one on one service... I'm giving an extra star for the store bring cleaned and organized nicely.. however customer service here suffers tremendously... Whenever I come in it's ALWAYS a 30 min wait avg for someone to see me so we stand in line long periods sometimes even just waiting for a person to answer a simple question IF you're not trying to be rude getting their attention from other customers. The jewelry agent is distracted playing w babies of the customers rather than stepping in to support the store. I count 5 associates in the store currently but two are tending to the front which wouldn't be a problem IF they at least acknowledged folks sitting here waiting for service. Too much time is invested in focusing on the one person they come across while working. 2 stars for service."

"Best employees have such great attitudes I’ve been coming to this pawn shop oh for years they always have good jewelry for good prices and other good items. Even when having to pawn my personal items they are very helpful. I have never once received horrible customer service from them and I always see the same faces of employees lets me know that they are doing something right!"
