"The reason I give this place a 1 star is because one of the ladies (the store manager) that works at this place is very rude she doesn't care if you are talking, she will Talk over you , no respect for customers . Her name is Ruth. (the man with a beard is great) he let you say what you need to say even if He doesn't like it . he is very respectful and he will wait after you say what you need to say before he responds to you. I don't care how many years experience. This lady has working in pawn shops. She has no knowledge of customer service or how to handle Herself when it comes to help or serve others. she either needs to be fired or change her attitude . the only reason she has a job is because people like you and I go there to do business she needs to know that her salary comes from customers Like Us."
