"3rd time here. 3rd terrible experience. At some point, you gotta cut a company loose, regardless of how convenient the location is. 1st time, brought in my truck for a routine Toyota care 5k mile service. After all work was done, they tried to finesse me and say we owed for a few services not covered. I informed them they should have run those extra charges by me first before performing them. I did not pay. Had to speak to manager. 2md time. Bought a car brand new. Had to keep coming back for paper tags for months because they took 6 months to finally file paperwork for the plates. Lol Yesterday... figured I'd try once more since it had been over a year and the location is really convenient to my work. Another routine Toyota Care maintenance. My cars mileage is 23.5k. Maintenance sticker says next service is due at 24.2k. Service agent....after around 45 mins....comes back to tell me that I would owe $169 for my services because my cars Toyota Care had expired. I asked at what point does TOYOTA CARE expire (I already knew it was 25k), he says..."it expires at some point and yours expired". I laughed and told him I'll pass and take my car to Cavemder."
