"I went in here yesterday and apparently, the girl wearing her hair back in a bun working the counter thinks she is working at an upscale jewelery store rather than this dirty, scummy pawn shop in Tomball. Very unfriendly, rude and just all around miserable person. It's not good customer service to have a smirk and half smile on your face when dealing with potential customers! Learn how to speak to people! Show some personality! You don't have to treat customers as if they aren't good enough to be in your store to make yourself feel better about YOU. I will NEVER go back to this place, and I'll be sure to tell everyone I know NOT to deal with this business! I left feeling that maybe they only want a certain race of customers in their establishment. I am almost positive that is why I got the smirk the entire time I attempted to do business here. I'll go down the road from now on, to a better business where employees know how to communicate with and treat their customers. Get some customer service training if you're going to be working with the public!!! By the way, I gave one star only because I had to choose a star. This business is a NO STARS establishment!"

"So let me see if I got this straight... in the window there is a 30.06 sign that says that a license to carry holder cannot carry a concealed weapon. However they can carry openly as there is no 30.07 sign. Also anyone over the age of 21 WITHOUT a license to carry can carry a gun with or without it being concealed. Common sense not very common here. This coming from a place that buys and sells guns. This on top of other reviews makes it clear I have no desire to ever do business here."
