Reviews
"Absolutely beautiful. When I was younger this park had seen better days. However, the village has put a lot of work into the park and it shows. Just as beautiful as any park in DuPage County. I greatly enjoy it."
"A really nice park to check out. They have clean restrooms and a nice path to walk or bike. They also have fields for sports."
"Nice lighted field (field 1 of complex); dirt infield and set up for up to 12u from what I saw."
"I go here a few times a week to walk my dog, but a lot of people ride their bikes through it, partly because it connects to Mitchell Lakes and Veterans Park behind the Village Center. Armstrong is nicely paved with lots of Great Blue Heron, Great Egrets, and Mallard ducks in the mini-marshes on its south side. It has sand volleyball, basketball courts, baseball fields, and two playgrounds."
"Nice place for a softball tournament. Fields are well maintained. The only minuses for this location are the bathrooms are too far away from the fields and there are not enough garbage cans within the entire complex. People were resorting to throwing trash in the bathrooms and port-o-potties. Other than that, nice park for baseball and softball games."
