Reviews of Stewart Creek Park
"A perfect place to watch the sunset of any fine day. This place is beautiful with barbecue sets and multiple roof covered seating areas. The entry charge for a car is 10$ and the park closes at 7:30 PM in winters. There is a small bridge where one can walk comfortably. This is one of the less known places in Dallas and definitely a must visit."
"Nice and calm place. People are fishing from the beach and kayaking. There is plenty space to walk with dogs. No swimming though. You can use parking not far away."
"So glad that we finally got to go here. We had been planning forever. Got to go with our extended family and did a picnic with home made food. We went right on time to view a beautiful Sunset. After our picnic went for a long stroll. We all had fun. Lot of places to explore inside the park."
"It's a really nice place to have a barbecue with the family and it has a little beach with sand for the kids to play in."
"The park is really good. There are proper shacks and coal barbeque already installed. You can enjoying your evening time with friends and family. The view is amazing and you can also do boating here, can get a boat on rental. Kids can do swim at a dedicated lake area. There is a small sand beach also where kids can play with their sand toys. Good for bringing pets as well but you can't let them go freely. Don't forget to bring your drinks, food and camping items as there are no shops or store here. The location is Infants friendly too. There is a big lake which gives you amazing view from everywhere, it's free entry unless you take your car inside the lake area. There is a free parking just 500 my before the lake area. But it's better to take your car in as it's more convenient with kids, babies and oldies ."
