"Good job to have but they don’t understand people take medication…….. to live. Was fired due to my side effects. Not given a chance to explain or even asked by the boss just fired. Girl wearing no shoes was told and slippers. This company don’t know what they doing with they hiring team….should have read reviews before I took a job that don’t support addicts and changing. Hired by express employment to go down into the basement with only five women a whole other basement a whole other room that’s not being used but it’s supposed to be a call center but it’s only five people nobody acknowledge me nobody was at the front desk when I got there my first day I didn’t have a number to call if I was to come in late or sick or anything I was never asked anything about me or told anything about the job I was given a notebook into watch somebody and the first day I was able on the phone I was fired"

"This company is. Nightmare. Evidently snookered the Village Orland Park into contracting their service to replace water meters that probably don’t need to be changed. They cancel without notice, they lie about people not showing up to let them in. They cost Orland Park landlords tons of money because of the inconvenience to their tenants and staff. Don’t use them."

"Horrible customer service. Made an appointment for a meter upgrade per the city requirements. Scheduled it almost a month in advance. They called from an unknown number the day before telling me they over booked and canceled my appointment. Didn’t get the call till the next day and did not know this. They never called back to confirm any of it. I own a multi-unit building with food, retail, and office space and have to notifying everyone of the upgrade and arrange access. They ignored this and the rep I called was rude and did not care. Horrible company."

"Nightmare. As a temp placed Csr ..I left a busy gratifying job and accepted this offer being so much closer. "Call center". Dont envision rows of busy phones. I was hired to train and then get going on incoming project related calls. So you can only train (watching someone on the phone) and take notes for so long. Then in this mess of a miscalculation you wait. Wait...wait..sit..stare at 3 walls in a basement..in a tiny space with the most unfriendly cellies i have ever seen. You as a brand new person can walk in to the day..say good morning and plan to be totally ignored. No acknowledgment. No one of these 5 other clique mean girls will acknowledge your presence. Unless it is to bark at you about petty cube "cell" etiquette. Take out your own garbage and god forbid dont leave a fan on. Make sure the world knows by logging out where you are even in bathroom. Because you see its sooo busy you might be missed. These are a bunch of insecure mean Bs who think way too much of this job and themselves and treat newbies..yes they will call you that even tho the "call center" is a total of six mean girls...like crap. They dont know what a comfortable respectable workplace and space looks like. There is tons of unused space whereby these basement girls could at least get better desk space with some elbow room and some ventiation. No wonder they are so crabby. But yeah...if the environment had been a smidge better than hostile..i could have powered thru to dead silence and 0 to do in the basement heat. Or go to ant other group there. All other "depts" have nice spacious areas with coffee too. But the call center...looked down on in the company. .i was told that. Check your self esteem at the door here. Never was so shunned by strangers in my life."
