"After picking up a large drum set I had in pawn I was helped straightaway, fast but friendly as well. They went above and beyond the normal means of an employee as upon leaving I forgot one expensive item of the drum set, I had left it behind after they had even asked if I had everything complete. .. to my surprise I called back as soon as I found out, 30 min or so later and they pulled me up right away and were so very reassuring and helpful. "I went in here and bought almost $600 worth of stuff and they asked me to purchase peace of mind which was another $40 which is hands down ridiculous, I bought my mom what I thought was a Apple pen and it doesn’t work I bought my daughter a ps4 controller and also the button doesn’t work and they didn’t at least offer store credit which I probably never wanna buy anything from there again. I literally feel like I wasted my money and I always go to EZ PAWN which is the best and guarantee to help . That’s where I’ll go for now on ."
