"Wow!!! Awful!!! Don’t just ignore the reviews, LISTEN. I had gone here about 5 years ago and I would by no means say it was nice but it was an enjoyable time. THEN I CAME BACK THIS SUMMER and all I have to say is RUN. I really considered reporting this to the FBI because no way is this place legal. Like I felt like I was living in a horror nightmare and it was a 5 hour experience I will never get back. Like I don’t think I even realize that we could have all died. SO IF YOU DONT WANNA DIE, DO NOT GO. RUNNNNNN"

"The website makes it seem nicer than it is. We were able to check in and get tubes right away, but the premises and bus were borderline filthy. The staff were friendly, but they did not give the clearest directions on how to get out of the river, but we were able to figure it out. They also disappeared right after checking us in and there seemed to be two groups waiting for a while behind us. One of our tubes could not hold air and we had to share one tube between two people most of the way. Luckily we did not have to wait for a shuttle. We had an overall fine time, but will not be back."

"We had a great time yesterday! Everything went as smooth as possible. I am seeing lots of negative reviews, but I think this place is doing the very best they can with what they’ve got. I did see some folks struggle w a deflated tube, so I get that that is frustrating. We did have to wait an hour for the bus back to the starting point, which did suck after waiting so long. Just mentioning to validate some of the feedback, but I also would encourage folks to try and be patient, the staff is very friendly and doing their best. All in all we were very happy with our float. 10 outta 10 will go again."

"Had a wonderful time here! Not sure of why all the begative reviews. We got there at our time and was able to get right in. Spent the extra 20 for a cooler tube and even though they didn't have one they lined the bottom of a regular tube with life jackets so that our stuff didn't get wet. The views were incredible and the float was a good 3 hours. Multiple spots you can stop and take a break. They tell you at the beginning to call when you hit the end so they can pick you up. Just as I was about to call someone was pulling up! So we had no wait at all. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because there is hardly any parking and the parking down hill is extremely steep and hard to get up. Otherwise we would definitely go again!"

"If I could give this place zero stars, I'd still feel like I wasn't rating it low enough. I called ahead to see if my thirteen-year-old son and I would be able to go tubing that day. The owner said, "Definitely," took down my name, and said to be there in time to catch the 1:00 shuttle. We drove an hour and fifteen minutes to get there. It was hard to find as it was only marked by an old inner tube laid on top of a mail box; without my GPS, I surely would have missed it. After driving down the narrow gravel road and maneuvering my way into a "parking spot" in the bushes, we walked up to the business. By business, I mean a house with a yard filled with old lawn chairs, some old deflated tubes, and a bunch of young men and women sitting on coolers drinking beer. I found the owner. He looked at a notebook filled with names, numbers, times, scribbles, and scratch-outs, and said he didn't think he didn't think he could fit us in. He said to hang on a few minutes and he'd "see what [he] could do." He and another man then started tossing deflated tubes off of a pick-up truck and began inflating them, tossing some that looked even worse than the others to the side. After about 15 minutes, the owner came back over to us with his notebook and said he wouldn't be able to fit us in at 1:00. He said we could go at 2:00 but that the shuttle was running late so we should just head into town, grab a bite to eat, and come back later. At this point, we drove back home feeling disappointed but, based on the looks of the place and its tubes, somewhat relieved to be safely back in our car."
