"Harvey Creek is a nice park for walking with or without your dog. It has a nice picnic pavilion as well. I did notice this morning that owners are not cleaning up after their pets on the walking trail. PLEASE clean up after your pet."
"Stopped here on a break from bicycling. Had a snack and then rode around the 6/10 of a mile loop. The front part of this park is well restored with acres and acres of native plants whereas the back portion of the park along the creek seems to be under reconstruction and has fewer native plants of maturity. The park has several benches along the loop and a covered picnic area and a privy. I did not see any drinking water sources."
"Really nice oval, gravel walkway. Wraps nearly around the entire area. The shelter area is well kept and the grounds were immaculate. I did not see any restroom area however, but not to say I missed it or it was a seasonal port a jon. Quite and excellent for dogs."
"I've been taking my morning walk here on this .6 of a mile path. It's nice right now in the spring but it sure will be great when the prairie grasses are all up."
"Great park with a nice 0.6 mike gravel path. Has benches in 3-4 spots along the path. Great place to take kids to get the extra energy out as they can't really get lost since it's a nice short path. We brought bikes to ride around as well. Lots of wildlife could be seen on our walk (rabbits, birds, insects, etc). The restroom is only a port-a-potty, but it at least was decently maintained and had hand sanitizer. The shelter is a big area with picnic tables and is first come, first serve. The parking lot is around a big circle and has one handicap parking spot. In the middle is a huge flag pole as well as many of the varieties of plants that are growing next to plaques telling a little about each of the plants and how they help the environment."
