"These guys took care of things fast and professionally. We lost water in our house; I called Prairie State Water Systems at 6PM on a Monday. Matt was out in 15 minutes to diagnose the issue. We received the unfortunate news the pump had gone out and needed replaced. He quoted $1600-$2500 and said they wouldn't know until they get down there since we didn't have records. Dalton showed up at 8AM the next morning and get the pump replaced in two hours. They even laid down wood boards before backing up their truck to ensure they didn't damage the lawn. Very professional and knowledgable. He educated me on the specs and health of our well and we had water restored by 10AM. The bill came out just under $2,000... within Matt's original estimate. Although I certainly wasn't expecting to spend $2,000 out of the blue... these gentleman were timely, professional, and got our water restored very quickly. Will be calling them for any issues in the future."

"Just had a wonderful experience with this company. Had several companies out to look what turned out to be a major problem with our well system. Not only did they give us the lowest estimate, they were willing to work on short notice on a Friday evening, and got us set up with a temporary water flow to get us through the weekend when they needed additional equipment and to come back on Monday. They did a great job explaining every step of the job and what were doing, and provided a meticulous, well done job at a very reasonable price.
