"I used to love this place, I had my first dog and this was the only place I trusted to take her since she was 8 weeks, we became loyal clients and alway gave a good tip to the employees, However now is a new owner and everything changed, they are rude, one day I went to pick up my dog , the were smoking outside saw me and ignored me, no professional service. Also I started noticing that my dog nails still long , her ears were not clean and no smelling clean at all. I gave them 2nd and 3rd chance, But the new owner has a terrible attitude, she is rude and don’t appreciate loyal customers. No recommend this place at all."

"They are kind to the dogs, they do a good job on cuts but they only take cash, prices are a bit higher than other groomers for small dogs and thier hours are n o t set. If u ask for a set time evening pick up they will not accommodate you. Don't plan on a lunch drop off and picking them up after work!"

"It was my first time as a customer at K-9 today and I’m very pleased and impressed! I took my little miniature pinscher Nala in for a nail trimming. As I walked through the door I was greeted right away and everyone was so kind. We had good conversations about dog breeds and etc. The price they charged me for her was great wasn’t expensive at all and it took less than 10 minutes. I had to run to an atm because they only take cash or check and I didn’t have any cash on me. By the time I came back which I didn’t take long they were already done and Nala looked great everybody adored her there from the moment we walked in! They even gave Nala a free bandanna! :) I will definitely keep taking Nala to K-9 and will recommend this place to everyone I know. Such great people really care about the dogs that come in! Definitely recommend this place!"

"I will never take my dog anywhere but K9. This is my 5th dog in 20 years and I have tried other groomers none have taken care of my dogs as well as K9. All my kids take their dogs there and we all agree the results are spectacular!!! I had some issues with time as a result of my mother’s illness so I took my dog to another groomer that was closer and more convenient. The results were we ended up with many mats in her hair. I brought her back to K 9 and thought we might have to shave most of her hair. I picked her up and she had a perfect cut and no mats. Affirmation we belong there no more changing groomers!"
