"Loved this place and how close it is to the city. We parked outside but you can come in with your car. There is another parking near rhe restrooms. We did the short trail. Come prepared for the walk and heat, bring enough water, hat, and bug repellent. You can also walk in the lake! So bring a towel. Loved this place. It is kept really clean and just a few visitors. Best to come early in the morning or late afternoon. Enjoy!"

"Amazing experience - one of Texas’s hidden gems. Just takes a bit of exploring to find it. Very secluded and peaceful. Historical crystallized salt lake with hiking trails surrounding the lake which provided different levels of hiking trails."
