"Jack holes work there. Took a gun for repairs. They kept it for three months and never touched it. I went to get it and they charged me 15 bucks to get my gun back."
"BEWARE OF STOLEN GUNS! Purchased a pistol from them that ended up being stolen and according to employee they do not check serial numbers when buying or selling. Now I'm out the pistol, $800, and was questioned by local PD and now am being questioned by ATF. Was told that because they don't check serial numbers they aren't responsible if gun is stolen so no refund and $50+ if I need a copy of the receipt."
"I was able to find and purchase my dream firearm a colt 1911 and the help and service was awesome especially Sam and the owner Larry . I was able to do layaway and paid within the 90 days . I will definitely be going and purchasing more firearms from them in the near future."
"EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! My husband and I came in to buy a gun today. Larry was amazing as well as his staff. He was extremely personable, knowledgeable, funny and kind. He spent a good two hours with us going over everything we needed to know. Will absolutely do business with them again. Thank you Larry!!!"
"Gunsmith here is as advertised: more skill in a pinky finger than you or I have in our whole hands. Don't listen to all these negative reviews expecting free work. A "one minute job" can still require specialized tools or chemicals that won't pay for themselves. But I actually walked in expecting to hire this guy for up to $1,000 of work, and he instead spent an hour explaining to me how I could do it myself. Didn't charge me a dime, and even offered to help again if it still gave me trouble. I had to buy a couple boxes of ammo just to clear my conscience. Are you gonna get that kind of community minded service anywhere else? I don't think so. I'm coming back when I want to front for something really custom."
