Reviews
"I love Cash America and usually every time I come here I have a great experience except for this store. Not very helpful, not informative and it seemed like I was a problem to be helped so I will take my business elsewhere."
"Manager.... aaaheemmm... ..., I want to be nice and positive, but avoid this location at all cost. Low ballers. Theres another location less than a mile up the street, take the time and gas and go there! Seriously."
"I was told I had to leave because my disability does not allow me to wear a mask. Their sign even says unless exempt by law and I pointed it out but I was still told "get out""
"I had some merch to sell, nothing special. The guy at the counter, I wish I could remember his name now but he was one of the managers, Jose maybe, I don't know but he offered me 45 bucks. I say "great, you've got a deal". I happened to be interested in a particular item they had in the shop but I only felt comfortable spending so much. I told him what I could spend & he spent the next 10 or 15 minutes somehow making himself appear like he was crunching numbers trying to get me a deal. It was still more than I could afford so, being the typical salesman he was, he somehow made himself look busy for another 10 or 15 minutes while he "crunched some more numbers"....right. At no point did I ever haggle with him or beg him to come down on the price, I was totally fine leaving without the item. Finally, he gives me the bottom line. Although lower than before, it was still more than I told him I could spend. Only this time, he gives it to me with an attitude & says he's going to lunch....as if to hurry me along. Typical sales tactic. I was appreciative and respectfully declined his offer. At no point was I ever rude during my visit but now I could tell I was just an annoyance & he didn't want me there anymore. So what does he do? He says he's taking 5 bucks off and is only going to offer me 40 bucks for my merch since I didn't take the deal. Wow, really? Ok, I see how it is. Don't get your commission & you stick it to me out of spite. He flat out lied with a smirk on his face & said that he offered me "up to 45"...we both knew this wasn't true. Folks, I wasn't desperate for money, I just had something to sell that I no longer needed so it wasn't about the 5 bucks for me. It's about being treated like a nobody by a childish, selfish, & spiteful little man that didn't get his way with me. It's true that one employee speaks for an entire company & I'll never give them a chance for my business ever again. At the very least, I hope that even just 1 person stumbles across my review & says, that's not how you treat someone...I'll go elsewhere. What a jerk, I hope you end up reading this my friend, & on the off chance you are....karma's a b****."
