"WOW - I NEVER write reviews, but they truly deserve 5 stars. Our new Husky Mix, Bort was matted and overgrown; I was overwhelmed as I've never owned a dog in need of professional grooming before. The voice on the other end of the phone when I scheduled was so comforting and helpful; she answered all my questions and was as kind and patient as could be. Appointment day arrived and they allowed several minutes for him to relax and review his surroundings before I left. They could sense my apprehension, like a mother on the first day of Kindergarten, and made sure to be extra compassionate and attentive to both Bort and myself. When I picked him up, I was absolutely speechless -- I was SURE the matting on his hind legs was so severe they would have no choice but to shave it off. Instead, a silky, smooth, soft beautiful boy met me. They were eager to share with me how he handled everything and their love and passion for animals was impossible to ignore. I am so pleased with the results and am positive this will be my "go-to" for years to come. I look forward to posting before and after photos of the transformation!"
