"Other places charged almost double and couldn’t get the stains out of my feather down comforter- not TIDE! Smells great and it is clean as new and they send coupons constantly. Love this place!!!"

"Horrible. I asked for my shirts to be cleaned and pressed. They had something break and I couldn't pick up my laundry for a week. They didn't offer to deliver or anything I was asked "what would you like me to do?" When told it was broken. Any suggestion was met with "were not gunna do that.". A week later I was finally able to get my WORK shirts and they were not pressed at all. I will never go back here. UPDATE: As it's been a week since posting this and having the owners respond saying they would get in touch with me I can say that has not happened. No attempt has been made to contact me in regards to my issue"

"Dropped off a fairly expensive quilt for dry cleaning. Was stained in a couple places, which is exactly why I dropped it off. Fast service but when I got the quilt back stains remained. I could have gotten the same result with my washing machine. Now I have to replace a $300 Parachute quilt and I am out $50.00. I’d avoid this location."

"My experience with Tide has been mixed. I dropped off 2 items on Friday, was told they’d be ready yesterday and that I’d receive a notification. I didn’t receive a notification. I went in yesterday and only 1 of my items was ready. I was told that the other was still not ready due to “quality control” and that they’d have to check for an update. They had my item today and called to let me know. They were also kind enough to waive the fees due to the delay. The communication could be better, but I was pleased with the responsiveness when I reached out to the store. I would make sure to request that they don't put creases on the front of your pants. Overall I'd probably used Tide again but be prepared for delays."
