"I always bring my dog here , it’s starting to get dark earlier now by 5:30PM , it would be nice if the dog park had lights , it’s completely pitch black before 6PM"

"We were just at the park and this was our dogs second visit. The first visit was enjoyable. The 2nd not so much. Our dog is 3 yrs old and has had negative socialization with being attacked by another dog. He has a pinch collar because he is still a work in progress. He was playing with other dogs and when he started getting to friendly we put his leash on him and took him to an empty area to allow him time to calm down and work on his commands. The other owners dogs kept coming over interrupting the session. When we released him to play with the other dogs one of their dogs jumped on him our dog cried and backed away. Then an owner of a dog came up to us letting us know that our collar and leash were not allowed. No one said anything about our dog getting jumped. We left and as we were leaving we reread the rules and our dog was not the only dog breaking rules. There were plenty of other owners who had harnesses on their dogs. Which I walked back in to remind them and we left. We won't be back."

"Big area for dogs to run. Two sections, one for large dogs and the other for small. Lots of parking. Busier on Sundays. Can accommodate many dogs without feeling crowded. You may want to bring a jug of water in the winter for the dogs to drink."

"My girls had ball !! The other doggie owners was so welcoming and even played with the girls! Was a great visit. The park was huge and lots of room for them to play !!"

"Great new dog park in Carbondale right in Parrish Park by the soccer fields. Lots of space for pups to run and there are benches and poo bag stations."
