"We brought our 5 1/2 pound toy poodle here and had a horrible experience. When we picked him up we noticed razor marks all over his face. Not just one or two(which is not acceptable) but multiple wounds. There is absolutely no way a groomer could not have known our dog was uncomfortable. This is truly a sad act from a human being. That is to say, you must feel big for what you did a small dog. DO NOT BRING your dog here"
