"I looked into a cat groomer for my cat, and this place came highly recommended. That will be the absolute last time I ever take him there. My cat came home with severe chemical burns that were to the point where they were bleeding. On top of that they wouldn’t take ownership. Would highly suggest against going to Pampered Tails"

"We tried this groomer for the first time this past week and we’re extremely dissatisfied. I gave clear instructions as to how to groom our golden when I called to make the appointment, just her paws and by her rear end & to leave the rest of her coat alone. Instead they did not trim near her rear end at all, and by her hips and side it looks as though she was shaved unevenly and that part should have never been touched. Our chocolate lab looks great, however have you guys ever groomed a golden in your life? For $115 we expect much better quality of workmanship. When I contacted the groomer about this, I did not hear back until the following day. I then had to leave another voicemail and got a call back this morning with excuses about the owner not being available. They had us send photos and then offered a $20 partial refund which isn’t even half of the total $55 it cost for our goldens groom. This is ridiculous and not how you treat customers. How can you ever expect people to come back when the entire experience for the pet as well as the owner is like this? Do not take your pets here to be groomed!"

"The people here are very caring & good at their job. They do very well with senior dogs and take their time with nervous ones which I have. My boys love the attention they get here! Lisa & her team are top notch!"
