"If you live in Saint Louis and you want to use the excellent, paved MEPRD Bike Trails, this is a good place to start. Parking is secure and there are flush bathrooms. I ride with a group that meets here weekly at 9am. We ride together on the MEPRD Trails, eat lunch somewhere along the ride, then return to our cars here. You can leave your house in St Louis at 8 am, ride, eat lunch, ride some more for a total of about 40 miles, and be home around 2pm. Great way to spend the day. This particular Trailhead is a great place for St Louis and Illinois bike riding friends to meet up."
