The staff there were lightning-fast, super friendly, and oh-so knowledgeable about dog grooming. Charlie’s skin has also be super dry and they even provided recommendations on ways to fix it. They knew exactly what Charlie needed to look and feel her best. When she came back, she was all tail wags and looked like a true pampered princess. Plus, the pricing was really reasonable, which made the experience even better. I couldn't be happier with the service. "We highly recommend Posh Paws! Rebecca and Drew are both great! This is the only place my boys have ever been groomed, and we would not go anywhere else! They are very attentive and kind. They communicate throughout the whole process. They also go above and beyond. For example, Rebecca knew we were taking our boys to an 80's party after grooming, so she had special arrangements made to get them 80's bandanas for the party! You will not find this kind of service just anywhere! If you're in Southern Illinois and looking for a groomer, check them out! You will not be disappointed!"

But today we found our groomer!! Her name is Rebecca & from the initial phone call to schedule an appointment, to the greeting & care she showed Sophia sensing Sophia’s uneasiness of being left, Rebeca was very calming and gentle with her.
