Reviews
"In January, clouds of snow geese can be seen, as well as swans and other wild fowl. The bottom land is wild and beautiful, and best seen off trail, but that is not recommended. If you continue down the paved road toward the river to a former boat landing, there are good views of this, and there are usually many birds. I am posting only photos of winter to show it is good all year - and there are no ticks then."
"Second time coming here for a weekend afternoon hike. Both times basically the only people there. Low key and peaceful. There is a spot with a bench that overlooks a open field if you would like to bring a lunch and do a picnic. We always cross the brussels Ferry to get here which the kids enjoy as well. Restrooms are not the best, but it works."
"Nice, quiet place to view and hear birds. Best in the fall when ducks are flying through."
