"As with most businesses in Canton, it easy to find. The staff was personable, friendly, and helpful. I was a bit surprised to find Elk meat on hand and felt compelled to at least give the Elk burger a try. I was not price shopping but I feel I did well enough. I got a roast that looks MUCH better than anything I've seen in a grocery store for a long time. My main reason for this visit was for slab (uncut) bacon for a recipe I'm working on. I am happy with my purchases and I couldn't be happier with the overall experience."

"They were set up at Lakeview in Canton during the Spoon River Drive in October. They were serving elk and bison burgers. I had one of each and they were fabulous.
