"I am currently waiting for my drive up order, and it has been over thirty minutes and I have still not gotten my items. (I let them know when I was on my way before I arrived through the app and it said they are typically quick) I have debated going inside to get at the counter, but have seen multiple people do the same only to come out empty handed. Truly the worst experience I have had with a curbside pickup."
"Went into the women's restroom. There was literal feces smeared all over the floor. I go to the service desk to complain. Get told "Oh we're so sorry. We'll get someone right on that. We shop for an hour. I try the restroom, hopefully, but of course. Nothing has changed. Literally covered in human feces. Our target is straight trash."
"I can always find what I need at Target! My local Target is also my CVS pharmacy so it is easy to pick up prescriptions and a few extra things I need each time I go! I always walk out with more than I planned to buy. Which I love!"
"Worst Target I’ve ever been to, and I’ve lived in Chicago, SF, NJ, and NY and have been to multiple stores in each state! The store is half the size of a regular Target, the customer service is really hit or miss. The employees at the front near the self serve kiosks should remember that their personal conversations don’t need to be so loud as they ignore customers that need help. Last night (see pics) I happened to run in to grab a few items and it was easier for me to grab snacks for school lunches here-big mistake, as I should’ve gone to HEB. 2 bags of tostitos had been expired for 12 days! I only realized this after I got home and noticed the flatter bags and checked the expiration dates. This is nuts! I’ve never seen this type of blatant disregard for fresh options. As a random aside, all the bananas were also overripe and in no condition to be sold. THE GOOD—> This site is okay for non perishables and they have the absolute best Starbucks staff with Rachel being an amazingly friendly first counter person to interact with. Every time I’m at Target, I’m usually just here to grab coffee and their seating area is clean with plenty of space for strollers, carts or just COVID-social distancing."
