"First experience ever at a groomer due to having a back injury and not being able to groom my dog myself I did alot of research before picking a place and was so skeptical of trusting a place because of all of the horror stories and I have to say i couldn't have chosen a better place! My dog went in with so much anxiety and when I picked him up he was so much happier and calmer! Not to mention he looked beautiful! She did an amazing job I'm so sorry I can't remember her name and was also no expecting an adorable photo of my baby in a Christmas scene, that is such a great idea. "Excellent business model. I brought vaccination records in case for my first appointment but upon arrival they had already confirmed with my vet. Really efficient check in/check out experience. Best grooming my dogs ever gotten by far. I really didn’t know he could look this good. He was visibly happy when I picked him up as the staff is so friendly and kind. I really appreciated how clean/updated the space is. I will be back for all future grooming/nail trimming etc and won’t go anywhere else."
