"My hubbs & I enjoy walking the trails here. Very peaceful."
"It's okay for an overnight stay.. They charge $25 overnight with electric and water with a dump station.. It only has 12 -14 sites. 30/50 hookup.. And you pay at the building behind the police station a few blocks down .."
"Fort Crevecour state park is a little gem right in the middle of a nice neighborhood in the Peoria area. Everything good, nothing bad."
"This park is historic in theory but so-so in presentation. I think they have an annual Rendezvous that brings out the history with re-enactments of the French exploreres in early America with a ramshackle modern re-construction of the Fort. It appears to be a popular family camping venue within the City of Creve Couer, Illinois. Very quiet and peaceful just three blocks from Main St."
"This park has the best mountain bike trails and camp ground in the area. Highly recommend that you visit here if you're a local or just passing through."
