"The Muscatine Dog Park is separated into 3 sections: large dogs, small dogs, shy/timid dogs. Each section has benches, a water fountain, bag station, and small pavillion. There are a couple of young trees planted in each section, which will provide shade once grown. A permit is required and can be obtained at city hall. $15 for an annual permit which looks like a tag for the collar. We walked the perimeter of the large dog area and it is just over .25 miles. The large dog section has 7 benches, 2 under a small pavillion. At the parking area are two picnic tables under a large pavillion, bag station and water fountain. The parks department has been at the park 2 of the last 3 days, while we were visiting. Be ready to walk away with grass clippings on your shoes, especially when wet."
"Not crowded only one other dog besides our 4 small , large and timed dog runs best dog park I've been to. And dog water fountain in the runs as well as at the gate"

"Beautiful dog park, so much fun for the 4 legged friends. You can sign up on line and they send you a dog tag. Best $15 spent to see the joy in my guys eyes!!"
"Love the new dog park. Two separate enclosed areas for large and small dogs. And a watering fountain if your dog gets thirsty, that is if the city decides to turn it on."
